Why use us?
We offer window and door profiles from the most popular ranges, which ensures we always have these designs in stock, and they can be easily adapted to fit any size of opening and modified to meet your requirements.
We understand the housing sector including Housing Legislation, pressures, restraints, VFM, tenant liaison and consultation, leaseholders, service charges, Tenant Forums and the work of staff in the Housing Sector.
We are also accustomed with working with the private sector and working within the construction industry as Oakleaf Doors and Windows are part of Oakleaf Commercial Services Ltd, a property maintenance company with an annual turnover in excess of £19m per annum.
We also offer a full fitting service using expert window fitters, as well as a team of expert fabricators, to ensure a trouble-free service. For our larger clients, we hold factory tours so clients can see the range of products we manufacture and see their own products being produced.
We have obtained Secured by Design membership which means our windows and door sets are manufactured to meet high security standards as accepted by the police. Introduced by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO), this ensures that these products are produced to a high level security standard and ensure a safer environment in terms of crime, reducing burglary and crime as well as reducing maintenance costs thus improving the welfare of tenants.

Our casement windows are the perfect choice for any home and a popular range due to their increased security, insulation and superior performance and will fit in with the look of any property.
They come with a variety of single or multi-light options using top hung vents, side hung casements and fixed lights. Also supplied are round head, circular or shaped windows in a range of sizes and styles that are suitable for most applications.
They come with locking or non-locking handles, and night vents, controllable or permanent ventilators as additional options.
Tilt and Turn
Tilt and Turn windows are ideal for medium to high rise new build and refurbishment projects, as well as ground floor properties. They offer outstanding security and weather tightness and they are a popular choice where child safety is important.
The tilt opens at the bottom with the top dropping inwards which provides a ventilation gap, especially important where security is more a concern. The turn creates an inward opening with a side hung hinge which allows the window to be opened inwards, allowing easy cleaning and low maintenance.
Fully Reversible windows are a cost effective and easy-to-install solution, which are ideal for medium to high rise properties. Providing excellent ventilation and light, these windows rotate 180 degrees which make these versatile panes easy for cleaning from the inside, as the outside pane can be turned back on itself.
They offer high security locking and child resistant safety catches, ensuring maximum safety and security.
First impressions count and a stylish front door can make a difference. Not only will it greatly enhance the appearance, it will also improve the security of your home.
Our doors are available in a choice of finishes and 20 different colours including white, as well as the option to upgrade to Secured by Design. They also come with a 10 year guarantee.
Residential PVC-u Doors
Practical, yet versatile and a low maintenance option; our residential PVC-u doors offer superior energy efficiency as well as the highest standard of security.

Our high quality, stylish composite doors are available in both contemporary and traditional designs. Made-to-measure, they are up to six times more energy efficient than traditional timber doors and are available in a variety of colours and styles. The realistic timber look together with the strength and security, offers an excellent option to wood.

They also offer a longer lifespan of standard PVC-u doors and the coating won’t discolour like many doors.
Designed as an alternative to patio doors, French Doors are an ideal way to open up a room to the light, as well as providing an easy access to the garden. They are a stylish alternative to bring the outdoors inside and a perfect choice for most properties.
Built to the same specification as our residential PVC-u doors, they still offer enhanced security with multi locking as standard. They also have a choice between double or triple glazing for additional noise reduction, as well as maintaining the warmth.
In-line Patio Doors
In-line Patio Doors are a stylish substitute to French Doors and ideal for apartments, small terraces or anywhere where space is limited. For houses in exposed locations, they are not affected by strong winds so there isn’t a risk of doors being blown open/closed.
The large glazed area not only provides you with a maximum view of the garden and panoramic views but also brings light into the property. Available with either 2, 3 or 4 panels to accompany the effortless glide of the sliding doors, this option does not compromise security. The steel reinforced frame together with a 6 point locking system adds security whilst the double glazing ensures warmth.

"Thank you for all your help with our order. The windows are great and it is nice to find someone who does what they say they will do.
We would also like to say thank you to your team for their work. If we had to give a mark out of 100, we would give 150. They looked after our home and cleaned up everything, and were very polite and made sure that our dog did not get out."
Mr Thomson, Kidderminster
"I would like to take the opportunity to commend your company for the excellent work your employees carried out at my flat today. They were courteous, polite and very professional. The locking procedure was explained with patience and they cleaned up any mess that you would expect from this kind of building work.
I would like you to commend these two young gentlemen for their conscientious attitude to their trade. They have restored my opinion of the British tradesman. If I ever get the chance to recommend your company I will certainly do so."
