Responsive Repair Service update - September 2020
This year has been a very challenging time for us all. We have been working hard to maintain essential services for our customers and we are now in the process of restoring our services in the safest way possible.
We are very pleased to advise that the responsive repair service will be back to normal from Monday 14 September 2020 and any jobs requested will be proritised as follows:-
· Emergency jobs – within 24 hours
· Responsive Repairs – 7 working days
· Minor Works (External Repairs) – 14 working days
You can now log repairs on our website https://www.communityhg.com/housing/ or through the MYaccount portal. You can telephone our Customer Service Centre on 0800 169 5454 but please bear with us as calls may take a little longer to answer than usual.
Any other repairs previously requested before 14 September will be completed by the end of October and our teams will be in touch with you to discuss these.
